Sorry, that is not an ISO keyboard, the enter key is not only too wide, but also the wrong shape, it should have the extended bit on top, not the bottom.
This looks like the old steelseries keyboard layout they used on their old mechanical keyboards.
I’m European and I use ANSI US International layout. It just makes more sense for programming.
That’s the standard keyboard layout in the Netherlands as well.
