Just a note - You should use the word “women” inclusively of cis and trans women. Biological sex is referred to using words like “male” or “female” (adjectives). “Man” and “woman” are words that describe gender, which is more about how someone presents themselves socially rather than how they were born or what body parts they have.
As for people born female only having “one extra hole” - unfortunately for me they don’t all function the same.
