Just a note - You should use the word “women” inclusively of cis and trans women. Biological sex is referred to using words like “male” or “female” (adjectives). “Man” and “woman” are words that describe gender, which is more about how someone presents themselves socially rather than how they were born or what body parts they have.
As for people born female only having “one extra hole” - unfortunately for me they don’t all function the same. Don’t get me wrong, I like giving head as much as the next girl, but it just isn’t the same and my hemorrhoids and ibs make anal next to impossible. So, yeah, I’m kind of exhausted from trying to make do with the “holes” I have. It sucks.
