Generative KI ist unausweichlich. Auch deshalb, weil Influencer, Fernsehsender, Marken und Co. eine Geisteshaltung entwickelt haben, dass generierte Imitate genau das gleiche seien wie Originale. Ist die Kritik an generierten Inhalten aus der Zeit gefallen? Beschweren wir uns nur über ein neues Werkzeug, oder geht diese Angelegenheit tiefer?

    Vor kurzem wurde mein Lieblingskünstler ionomycin gefragt, woher er die Inspiration für so tolle Werke wie Shore of Bones nimmt. Seine Antwort:

    My art style was honestly just created by me realising I can cut out all the annoying parts of the art process I don’t like. I’ve always hated rendering, so I was like… what if I just didn’t? Line art and flat colors are what I have the most fun drawing, so I focused on those, and found different ways to indicate texture, shape, weight, all the stuff I used to render in by painting. Every time I draw something new, I have to figure out how to do it in my style, and that problem solving is part of the fun for me too!

    Das wird KI niemals erreichen können, nur imitieren. In schlechterer Qualität und ohne Intention dahinter. Das fasst dieses Video auch sehr gut zusammen, das Konzept der “ästhetischen Verantwortung” hat es sehr gut beschrieben.
