The payouts are ludicrously low. It’s only slightly better than Spotify at this point.
Also, the ads suck so much, it’s just not worth it. If you want to support creators, donate them a dollar/euro etc. (if you have the means, one dollar can be a lot when you’re struggling), that’s probably a hundred times as much as they would have earned even from a dedicated viewer through ads.
I don’t have the means to support them and I watch a lot of content creators so I wouldn’t be able to support them all anyway. Letting the ads play is the only way I can support them.
