A foreigner moving to Italy can either enter the normal taxation regime, and pay according to all (domestic and foreign) incomes they have; decide to pay 200.000€ a year + 25.000€ per family member, no questions asked on foreign income (for up to 15 years).
Is that a percentage of income still? I probably wouldn’t have to pay that much if I ran off to Italy, right? It’s about triple my yearly gross salary…
