    I think this is actually showing the price if you buy it directly with currency as another user mentioned that is am EU requirement.

    That would mean you can spend 1000 points or pay 7.49

      Nah, you need to buy vbucks. I checked.

      As you can see I am missing 50 vbucks to get it and only got an option to buy vbucks and no direct option to purchase.
