I think it’s time to start moving towards Europe in regards of online services and products, and be less reliant on US based companies and software.

Lemmy.world is a European instance. That’s the only one I know for sure.

Feddit.org I know for sure.
But I guess a lot of them are, since Hetzner is one of the cheapest Hosters around and they are German. Their dedicated Servers are also all located either in Germany or Finland
