I said something feeling good is not an indication that it is good for you;
addressing the girl in the post who was confused as to why being on her phone and watching the TV is considered bad even though she enjoys it.

How many hours per day would you recommend people use their phone while trying to half watch the TV, based off your “moderation makes everything ok” doctrine?
If your physical and mental health are otherwise good take as much time as you like. Maybe that’s ten minutes, maybe it’s all weekend. Part of being human is building expertise on yourself 😁
