He’d probably have to eat at the VERY least a pound and a half of them now if he wants to be 1% nacho again.
Why doesn’t he just eat nacho now. He could still be 1% macho, but he wouldn’t have to eat as much.
On the contrary: at 13 he’d still be growing, and 99 lbs is very little for a fully grown woman, let alone man.
