If the person asking for the paper himself is a researcher and doing a study related to the persons paper then they may send it to you. If a layman asks then no researcher will send a copy. In research world its all give and take. Sometimes only give but no take. Research is a very mind eating, frustrating field. Until and unless you publish a lot of first author, peer reviewed studies in high impact factor international journals nobody gives a shit.
