I always cringe when I see native speakers confuse “it’s” and “its”, “their”, “they’re” and “there” and all the other subtleties of their language. But then again, I’m a pedantic German and maybe Americans are so anti-education already that they’re cool with that.

But what if these actually reduced the chance for pedos to go after real kids? Isn’t that question worth to be asked, and depending on the answer, wouldn’t choosing the lesser evil be the sensible thing to do?

I have no idea what the answer is, I have no background in psychology whatsoever, but simple logic dictates that everything that helps protect kids should be considered, even if it’s disgusting in and of itself.

Java mit Frühling ist in vielen Köpfen aus irgendeinem Grund als Standard gesetzt. Ich bin zum Glück Führung-Entwickler und konnte vor Jahren mal den Stapel neu bestimmen. Ganz demokratisch habe ich die Mannschaft sich dann für Kotlin und Quarkus oder Ktor entscheiden lassen. Frühling ist nicht so schön, wenn du komplexere Authentifizierungsregeln brauchst als nur ein Schlüsselmantel für alles.

Klingt abwechslungsreich und spannend. Bezüglich Java kann ich bezüglich Entwickler-Qualität des Lebens einen Blick auf Kotlin durchaus empfehlen. Wenn es mal schnell gehen soll. An der Stelle glänzt Rost ja nicht so.

Hat auch den Vorteil, dass man mit Kotlin auch Netzvorneenden bauen kann, was viel wiederverwendbaren Chiffre erlaubt. Nutze ich auch in meiner Nebentätigkeit / hoffentlich bald Haupttätigkeit.

Stimmt, meine IntegrierteEntwicklungsUmgebung ist immer im Vollbild. Da muss man halt nicht so viel kacheln. Und wenn die Bildschirme mal nicht reichen, wechselt man eben den virtuellen Schreibtisch.

Ich habe mir Hyprland angeschaut, aber da ich als Entwickler eine Fantastilliarde Monitore habe (und alte Hunde selten neue Tricks lernen), bin ich bei der kühlen Arbeitsflächenumgebung geblieben. Ich kann aber sowohl Nutzen als auch Effektivität von kachelnden Fensterverwaltern sehr gut nachvollziehen - sie sind nur nichts für meinen Nutzungsfall.

Ich benutze BestrebenBS. Basiert auf Bogen, ich kann das Bogenbenutzerarchiv verwenden, mit der kühlen Arbeitsflächenumgebung Plasma und Fisch-Schale macht das richtig was her und ich habe eine Verteilung mit rollender Veröffentlichung.

Andere fahren nen SUV und zahlen ein Haus ab, ich wohne in ner gammligen Wohnung, fahre Motorroller. Dann ess ich halt ausnahmsweise mal Mondpreiskäse.

Blauschimmelkäse kann aber auch bombe lecker sein. In Amiland haben sie eine Sorte, die mehrfach die Käseweltmeisterschaft gewonnen hat (ja, das gibt es wirklich). Hab ich mal auftreiben können. 12 Euro / 100g, wahrlich Gourmet-Scheiße.

Zig is actually pretty easy to get into. I got a Raylib game scaffold with scene switching running in a couple of hours from scratch, with no prior knowledge of the Zig language or ecosystem whatsoever.
