All too often “knowing what’s best for them” is just a lie bad parents tell to justify their authoritarian parenting. They don’t care what’s actually best for their kid, only what validates their own worldview and life choices.

Mood. My ideal dose is “push button, become magical girl”

It only constitutes 99.86% of the mass in the solar system!

Imagine thinking that all the secondary stuff does nothing to improve or encourage life. But I guess expecting imagination or thinking from some people is too much to ask.
