It’s an empty threat. Many of them are being resold on the secondary market and the value is dropping.

Yes, and one of the reasons I want to keep it going. It’s an old Fujitsu and has a cool form factor (another reason). I recycled about a dozen laptops a few months back, but could not bear to see this one go. It came with XP, but I don’t care to reload that at all. Am also downloading older versions of Slack to see if they’ll work.
I have an old laptop with a Transmeta Crusoe CPU. Can anyone recommend a distro that will work on it? I’ll download this one and give it a shot too.
I see it on the High Seas and it is on its way to me.
Thanks for that.
Somewhat curious how CZ has never worked for you. I’ve used it for years and any failures it has had were fixed with tweaking some of the options. I love the tool myself, but I have also never heard of Rescuezilla so thanks for that. I think I’ll give that a go next time.
Yes they probably do, but they won’t get restored. It is likely a snapshot backup. It would take a ton of effort to restore buried snapshots.
I have some enterprise storage system experience.
Use a tool like powerdeletesuite. Edit all posts with something random or condemning. Let them sit a full day so they get saved in the nightly snapshot. Then delete.
Yes they still have the original somewhere buried in the previous backups, but nobody will go to those lengths to restore them. Your text is effectively removed from their site and no longer able to be used to create revenue.
I am an original ST zealot, but am gearing up for a DS9 viewing.
Am hopeful that I will like it given the opinions I’ve seen.

It might get them more customers.
Except the (1 reply) it cannot show for whatever reason.

Yes and premium isn’t buying the app, it is subscribing at $40/yr. They do have a standard level of $20/yr.
To hell with all these subscriptions.
Speaking of owner’s and their capabilities; Whistling Diesel is not my favorite guy, but he did a number on the Cybertruck.
