My point is that the article of this point starts of suggesting the EU needs to buy more energy from Russia (which would be fossil fuels). It’s both bad for the environment AND supports an evil dictator. And Putin is at the top of the list if evil dictators because of the shit he’s pulling with Ukraine. That doesn’t dismiss others but it does make him the worst.
