I once had the second fastest time on a surf map back when I was really into surfing in CS:S.
If anyone reading this was also always on KSF servers back in the day, it was surf_hurrr, which was the surf map equivalent of a shitpost. So even in the niche realm of surfing in Source engine games, it wasn’t impressive, let alone for the general population.
If speed running counts I was once top 10 in the world for speed running a puzzle game. Since then I’ve dropped into the 20s and the video has been lost
What puzzle game? I like watch speed runners to get an idea of better skills to develop.
I didn’t know I could down pogo in Hollow Knight till watching some people speedrun.
Last I checked I was in the top 100 for the 360° version of a specific song on Beat Saber.
Also in the top 100 on a specific Lady Gaga song on Beat Saber.
But I can only beat two of the Camellia songs on Expert+, so I’m not anywhere near the best. Kinda hit a wall and lost interest, unfortunately.
Chewing the same gum for 40 days until my lame ass cousin ratted me out.

The world record that I come closest to breaking that I haven’t actually broken (since there is one that I did break) would probably be either most prolific photo artist or person with the most haters, since some things I’ve said/done have lingered in the worst possible way.
Clearing the Precision Madness level in Mario Forever All Stars 3 community fan make. Rafael Vitoria and I have been the closest in the world. Nobody in the world has completed it to date except the creator of the level.
For reference, I died about 5000 lives trying to accomplish it.
