I’ve learned to black out my eyeballs. I’ve been told it’s a trauma response. It just lets me totally zone out. Like after the loghts go out i can do anything. Literal day dreams.
Maybe. My vision blacks out in a ring starting from the outside. Once the circle closes I’m all alone. It’s quite and usually i start dreaming instantly. But definitely black ring. No reason it couldn’t be white too if that’s how you interpret the null.
