I recently saw an ad for biscoff and I was surprised that people would eat them randomly. The only time I ever eat biscoff is on a plane when the flight attendant gives me some. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love them but I rarely think about it as something I can just go buy in a store. Seeing the ad was so jarring because to me it doesn’t feel like something I should eat a lower altitudes

    I count stairs,

There’s 15 steps on my staircase at home 105 to the top of a machine i work on. 22 at the airport

My wife knows this and I don’t talk when I’m on stairs my brain is occupied by counting the steps.

I think it’s very strange but I have to do it

I do this too, but I usually can’t remember the numbers for a stair I use regularly unless I’m actually at the stair.

I have also tried not counting and I can still tell there’s a part of my brain still stubbornly counting.
