Google exists dude. It’s also pretty common to the point the average person knows what it is. Also, this is no stupid questions, the point is to not make someone feel stupid for asking questions
A simple search for “TRT” tells me a lot about Turkish public broadcasting. With a bit of effort, you could check Wikipedia, which will lead you to the [disambiguation page for TRT](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/TRT_(disambiguation)
So no, its not trivial to figure out. And the comments in this thread seem to disagree about it being common knowledge as well.

They are not full of shit. You just fell into American defaultism… Search engines just show what’s relevant in places you live. /languages you use the engine at. Since they live in Turkey or close to it, they recieve the Turkish Broadcasting as the number 1 option for TRT. / don’t use english as their main language.
